Refund policy

At StellasSASS, we’re committed to making senior dogs and their owners happy with our hemp-derived CBD products and Stella-inspired merch. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

 

Timeframe: Items are eligible for refunds within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging due to the nature of CBD supplements and hygiene concerns for merch (e.g., hoodies, mugs).

CBD-Specific: Hemp-derived CBD products (tinctures, chews) must include the original COA and lot number for verification.

Non-Refundable: Opened CBD products, used merch, or items damaged by the customer are not eligible.

Refund Process: 

 

Contact us at stellamariethegsp@stellassass.com  within 14 days with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product/packaging.

We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Ship the item back to our supplier’s U.S. warehouse (address provided upon RMA approval) at your expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product (e.g., wrong CBD potency, damaged merch), contact us within 7 days. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

For CBD products, we verify defects against COAs to ensure compliance.
